That's because you're only playing 6, this deck plays 12, hence the 93.64% chance. But Master Duel's algorithm can be weird, like I often have 3 Ash Blossom on my opening hand. XD

I did it again. I used this deck again and completed the event in 2 days. It was glorious to use. Other players don't read, they think the board is bad and then when they see they cannot use their M1 and M2 phases, the insta-scoop it's faster than light speed. So thanks for the deck!

Not sure how both Konami and you missed this, but Knightmare Gryphon is legal! That is a guaranteed way to add any trap to hand, which you can send Thunder of Ruler off Beatrice, who is also legal. Banning Drytron ritual spell AND Fafnir is cringe tho, prob will ruin any consistency and youre better off playing stun. Im a Master 1/Rated duelist and I use Drytron Turn Skip in ranked, Im used to Auroradon being negated thats why Gryphon can be used right after to get the trap in hand

Nah, this deck still has 93.64% chance to "FTK", check the pinned comment and its replies. Yes, the biggest problem is indeed the difficulty to make big plays without those URs, but it becomes more hand trap proof in return. Gryphon also requires 1 additional material when compared to Auroradon, so it indeed becomes less consistent. :D

That's the thing with this deck my friend: we never go 2nd. It's a speed run deck, because waiting for a 10 minutes combo that won't guarantee a win takes a lot of our time. Just surrender until we win the coin toss or forced to go 1st, it only takes around 30 seconds to press the red button. XD

@@paciabellf789 Haha yeah, we're not playing staples to increase the consistency and the resilience of the deck. Its sole purpose is to win as quickly as possible, which is why it is counter productive to play cards that are only useful if we let our opponents play the game in the first place. XD

No, because the Xyz Drytron and Auroradon are banned. Playing staples will decrease the consistency. We will never go 2nd (surrender when we lose the coin toss) and immune to most hand traps anyway. XD

IIRC, there's no other Link-1 that 1 Drytron can go into, but it's not mandatory. :D It's already consistent without it, so don't craft it if you're not planning to build other decks that can use it.
