First I have to say that Miss Lim Ji Eun has a fantastic voice and a wonderful Italian speaked fluency that is clearly due to many years of study. Congratulations. The lyrics of this song immediately intrigued me because it exude poeticalness and epicness. In many videos is reported with some errors that do not fulfill the beautiful message. Written in poetic Italian language (i.e. with some voluntary grammatical exceptions usually accepted for poems, songs and operas) the direct translation from Italian to English appears meaningless because an "interpretation" is necessary in advance (this is normal for the majority of Italian written poems like "La Divina Commedia"). So, this is the full lyrics (hopefully correct!, there's one phrase I am a bit unsure): La freccia odiosa trafiggeva il cor, da quella notte sentirci di cantar. Gemente voce (?) trascinata al sen, diceva l'odio cancellerà il tuon. This is the reviewed/interpreted text (only for translation): La freccia odiosa trafiggeva il cuore, da quella notte ci senti cantare. Una voce gemente e affaticata diceva "il tuono cancellerà l'odio." Here is the translation in English: The hateful arrow pierced the heart, since that night you have heard us singing. A suffering and tired voice said "the thunder will vanish the hatred". According to my knowledge the text appears original but remind to me a couple of classic italian poems. "Il tuono", 1951 by Cesare Pavese and "La conversione di Armida" by Torquato Tasso. If someone can help to improve it would be very nice.
