I want some clarification on you agreeing with the statement C i.e. Law of transformation is both quantitative and qualitative. As far my understanding, the law of transformation is from quantity to quality.

Since we don't have any option with A, B and D, so I guess it's appropriate to mark option A, which says statements B and D are correct.
