Never have I sat so still for over an hour in my 57 yrs. I sufffer from stress/ anxiety/ depression and I decided to meditate on this. Wow wow wow , at times my head tilted right back and my mouth opened wide and my brain felt like it was firing off neurons like a lightening strike, I saw things in my minds eye and I believe I saw past lives, is this possible? Everyone has past lives. We only see it linearly because of our embodiment on Earth to experience duality. We are Eternal souls living a human experience. Your right, you can ask questions right before you go to sleep and right when you wake up cuz your in theta brain wave. Something i learned from regression therapy. I listened to this entire series last night while in a slightly altered state of consciousness. While listening to this one, I could feel some fears which had been holding me back, burning away in the area of my Solar Plexus. A little while later, I felt as if there was a flame burning in-between my eyes. That felt strange to me because this one is for the solar plexus, not the Third Eye.
