I suffer from anxiety, social anxiety, depression and loneliness. I do not have many dreams, but when I do, it will always be the same type of dream where I will be in a room and everybody is against me, ganging up on me, disregarding me and not letting me be included in anything. Its been this way for 10 years or so. I put this 639hz music on for the first time and fell asleep listening to it. For the first time ever, I had the same dream but I was included and everyone was my friend. This is truly something special and now I will listen to this every night. Waking up feeling good was the most amazing thing ever. I don't remember the last time I woke up feeling happy.

Bro, I too have had those similar past experiences. I still get those rejection/abandonment feelings from time to time. But a lot has changed in the past few years ever since I started vipassana and loving kindness meditation. Connecting with my purpose/passion has also helped a lot in healing my past trauma. My passion is teaching spiritual ity and as they say, if you heal others you also heal yourself. Another thing that is also helping me is the NOP technique, which very simple, all you have to do is just change your reaction to those traumatic memories. Like make em seem funny or something. Yotube it youll find it. Most of our present condition is rooted in our past experiences and if we can heal and detach from the past then we will heal the present as well. Hope that helps. For some reason this track reminds me of the chill out rooms at the rave parties I used to go to in the late 90's and early 2000's. Myself and my crew of teenage misfits, dressed in fluoro cyber punk and space faerie attire would meet up in the city and catch the train to some giant warehouse out in the industrial zone. We would enter another dimension as soon as we stepped into the space, one built on peace, love, unity and respect, sharing smiles and hugs with complete strangers on the dancefloor as we danced like no one was watching to acid trance music and sci-fi space techno. Higher than high we would diverge in the middle of the night to the chill out space, decorated with lava lamps, glowings lanterns, psychedelic lighting, wafts of incense and giant fluffy cushions. We'd roll big spliffs and cuddle, talk about the universe, our lives and have random crazy conversations with complete strangers. Later the sun would finally come up and we would together make our way back towards home, the echoes of the night reverberating in our consciousness as we walked the empty suburban streets with smiles on our faces. God I miss those days. Some of the best moments of my life right there. The freedom, the love, the open minded passion of youth yet to be jaded too much by the knocks and blows of adulthood in an often harsh world. Life often feels so serious now. But I'm still a starseed child of the light inside this ageing body, doing my best to be a bringer of peace, love and positive change to the world. Thank you to all that continue to shine the light of peace, love, unity and respect out to the world, you are the real warriors on this planet, carrying the vibration of an open heart into the storm. Asking for prayers from strangers here.....been dealing with a multitude of mental illnesses my whole life, been on every rx med, also developed an eating disorder a year ago, plus terrible insomia that nothing will help.....still not better and losing hope. I have become very suicidal the past 3 months...been researching frequency and meditations to help, also got some cbd oil to try because at this point I will try ANYTHING. I don't want to die and leave my husband and 15 yr old son, but I don't want to live like this anymore. I don't even call it living, it's barely existing. Thanks for reading. If you think "No-one cares", be a little corrected: "Jesus Cares" is the answer. Helpful to prevent insomnia: eat a raw, fresh apricot. Think, over and over, while trying to sleep: "apricots", it's a psychological and energies tactic. Do NOT think: "I cannot sleep", nor "Tomorrow" (in any way at all), nor "work", those thoughts get in the way of sleep, if you inadvertently think of eg "work", think of the opposite 7 times over "rest" and "sleep". When you awaken, it's ok to think those things like "work". These ideas helped myself from suffering insomnia, now I'm ok with these tactics, they worked. If you think "tomorrow" then counteract 7 x over "I'm in the present time". If you think "I still cannot sleep", counteract that with: "I hope I will be asleep within minutes". When I'm ready to sleep, I SAY, really talk this: "I wish to be asleep as soon as humanly possible", while laying there, say that at least 12 times. that helps immensely. It is not always effective to play music while trying to sleep. Just before bedtime: don't drink fluids 20 minutes before bedtime. Do go to the bathroom, a medical fact, at bedtime is best..
