Ok so I've been on a really destructive path the last couple months. Drinking, getting into fights with my loved ones, smoking so many cigarettes, suicidal thoughts. I could go on and on. I beat myself up over everything. I always say I hate myself. I'm very mean to myself. Anyway. It's been a week since I've had a drink, a day since I've smoked and three days since I started listening to this everyday. I noticed a sense of peace after the first time I listened to it. All of a sudden those negative voices in my head weren't so loud anymore. I plan on making this a regular part of my routine. I truly believe this is part of our overall health. I really think we need these sounds in order to maintain balance in our lives. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. I plan on subscribing and listening every day. I felt similar things when my kundalini began awakening. Work on your Chakras, if one or more are blocked, your kundalini will get trapped there, which, can produce much pressure. What I can add and tell you for me, I listen to the solfeggio frequencies for whole body healing. I've been able to come off two meds that I was supposed to take for the rest of my life. I feel wonderful😊 and the doctors we're very surprised but didn't really say anything, just kind of gave me a look. They didn't ask if I was doing anything different and I didn't tell them. I don't even really remember how I came upon these frequencies and vibrations but I'm thankful I use them all the time. My favorite is 963hz. Sending love, light and happiness ❤
