Mental meds can be looked at as a bandaid. I've found that.. a great way to heal is to rip Band-Aids off and sew those wounds shut through the practice of sub conscious rewiring. Which can be aqcuired by Jose Silva's method. This consists of doing self "suggestions" while in a certain brain wave length. You guys should check it out on KZbin ! Peace and love 🙌🏽

I'm terribly afraid I've got an intestinal virus because I've felt awful with my stomach: nausea and a sense of heaviness on my belly, and usually when I feel like this it means I've got a virus. I've listened to this while I was studying and I'm still listening to it and my pain is disappearing slowly. Hope this really works, I'll update you tomorrow.
