This is crazy.. it was a roller coaster ride for me.. I had energy flowing at my spinal cord near bottom three chakras.. I felt energy ball in my palms.. I was crying and forgiving people and my heart was filled with love to everyone even who did wrong to me.. my head was light and asking forgiveness for all my sins from present and past lives.. Sounds like you have gained access to the "Ancestors Realm." Congratulations. These "keys" are your gifts. You will need to open each gift one at a time. I had the same experience and found a rusty set of ancient keys in a tree outside of my house as validation. Can I suggest you work with "Petrified Wood" and meditate. Okay so I wouldn't have believed this if I hadn't just experienced it- but I took a test to help me determine what chakras needed opening and the root chakra was by far the most under-active chakra of my body. I've been dealing with intense back/spine pain near my pelvis for almost 4 months now- I started listening to this and the pain honestly diminished greatly, almost instantaneously. I hadn't even thought that this pain could be a result of a blockage in my root chakra but when I consider how insecure I seem in my day to day life and how financially frustrated I am, it only goes to show that it can't seem to hurt to try this. Just starting out learning more about chakras and everything, so I'd love any information people might want to provide!

When I meditate, I visualize the spinning chakra disk centered inside my body. the disk extended just past my body, but after listening to this meditation music for a while, I noticed that the disk diameter doubled in my vision. The wider the chakra disk is, the better.
