When I received my Inferno Rambler boots last week they did not come on the bags…. 🤔🤔 WTH Parkhurst. All my Grant Stone come with the bags, extra laces & shoe horn/bottle opener.

@@Will-yp6ny shoehorn bottle opener! I need to email them ASAP and see if they can get on that! Haha. But in all seriousness, they may have been out of the shoe bags at the time. Having worked retail and in shipping/ receiving, we would sometime ship out items like that if we were out of stock. It got to the buyer faster than holding it of a few days/ weeks. If they complained, we shipped it when it was back in stock. Try emailing them about it. I’m sure they will make it right. They are pretty cool to chat with.
