Oh my goodness, I am a 78 year old great grandma who laughed out loud during this episode. First at your mother learning to ride the trike and then at the cake party. What fun! You are so brave. I am a 65 yr old grandma. This was so funny and so cute!! Your husband alexander looked like something probably some people in our family would do. Happy 1st Birthday Lexi!!!! There is something about that age they just don't like to be dirty and goopy . I have four children and I remember this age my first one was my picky one. I can totally commiserate with the struggle of taking baby photos!! The cake smash was so fun to see, though I did sympathize with Lexi and her being disturbed lol. I would love to get my church ladies on an overnight trip like you are talking about. But some of them can hardly leave their hubbies at all lol (just their personalities). Thankfully we do spend a lot of time together as families, even overnight sometimes, and I am so grateful for the close spiritual friendships I have.

I can't believe that Lexi is one! Thanks for the reminder about investing in friendships. I tend to be a hermit myself and I am just starting to be more involved in things. We tend to be creatures of habit and miss out on so much. I always think that your flowers look lovely. 😊 Zander is a great helper! My baby goes and feeds the orioles and catbirds their grape jelly every day. 😊They get a miniscule amount so that it doesn't get eaten by every other thing.

There’s a squeezable (red) button on the top of the headrest of his booster seat that will allow you to raise the height so that the shoulder belt comes from above his shoulder and lays across his collarbone which is imperative in the event of a crash to protect him ❤ Happy Birthday to the baby 🎂 what a wonderful blog and beautiful family as always, hope you all continue to be happy and healthy 😊

After lockdown, I came up with the idea that the church sister will volunteer to have coffee or tea with you and me once a month on the fourth Tuesday of the school year just for an hour or so. They could plan a shopping day or something fun. We are still doing it three years later. I love Lurgan green house too.
