I love horror scenarios like this. I call them “dumb teenager” horror movies. Where there’s always a group of RIDICULOUSLY good looking teenagers that get themselves caught up in something that costs them their lives. Examples being I Know What You Did Last Summer, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Wrong Turn, and House of Wax. I would definitely see this if it became a movie.

I made a HHN house with help involving a group of college teens going to a beach house for spring break only for them to be attacked by demonic flesh eating mermaids. Two are dead, one is on the verge of death, and his girlfriend suffers a fate worse than death.

well for my my dad made me wait about 15 seconds and then go into the house so i wouldnt just follow the people in front of me as close as possible, so when i got into that room i thought there were people everywhere in the darkness and in real life the hallway seems soooooo long, and with the music they play i thought someone was just going to straight up attack me, i was so scared

Even 4 years later I come back to this walkthrough, HHN has always been a master of set design and visual storytelling. The grinning corpses are honestly an amazing costume design, and the design of the cemetery itself was phenomenal. Overall? The maze is just- **chefs kiss** 😙👌

The story is that a young woman in her early 20s, and nine months pregnant was visiting the graveyard when she went into labor accidentally defiled a grave due to her water breaking. She knows the legends of what happens to those who defile the graves. However she encounters the glowing mother who spared her, and help her give birth to her daughter. Wanting to thank her for sparing their lives she named her daughter Evangeline after the glowing mother. Years after Evangeline like Sid, and Nancy is a goth, but with a heart of gold, and pays her respect to the graveyard since her mother passed away, and was buried there. When she learn what Sid, and Nancy are planning to vandalize the graveyard with graffiti on their messenger she tried to stop them, but they ignore her, and she had no choice, but to stop them herself however she didn’t know that they planned to kill her after she was cleaning the graves of their graffiti the last few months while the angered spirits killed them like in the maze the fate of Evangeline after they wounded her has two different outcomes. 1. She was in pain, and her blood accidentally smeared on a grave, and passed out from the blood loss the last thing she sees is the glowing mother. She wakes up in the hospital recovering after she was found, and months later she visited her mother’s grave at night, and the glowing mother returned, but she brought Evangeline’s mother’s spirit as her way of thanking her for respecting, and cleaning the graveyard by letting her see her mother for the final time. 2. Same as the first, but when she tries to stop or save them, but the glowing mother stopped her saying they deserve to suffer with the glowing mother recognizing Evangeline as the newborn baby that was born in her graveyard, and took her to a certain grave which reveals that Evangeline has succumbed to her wounds, and died with her body next to her mother’s grave. The glowing mother reunited both mother, and daughter letting them go to the afterlife in peace.

I went there yesterday and when I went through this house it was honestly awesome. I was the one that the teenager jumped out at and yelled “ha loser” and then I got sprayed in the mouth with mist that was supposed to be spray string stuff, it was amazing!

Hands down, this was my favorite house of the event! I would go so far as to call this house a complete package. It tells a cohesive story from beginning to end with the help of the lighting, set design & props. The Ghosts and Zombies all have their own unique look and personality, the color palette is stunning (those orange candles bouncing off the swampy greens & purples is super creepy) and the sound design is top-notch (these ghostly screams and noises freaked me out every time!). Even the use of smaller animatronics on the pots and dolls between the actors helps keep the energy alive! A few standout scares are those creepy smiling ghosts at 2:23, the children's morgue at 4:20 and that dark corridor at the end 5:15 (It literally gave me anxiety every time I went through). The best scare in this house by far is the corridor at 3:45; When I went through the house the first time, I got in this scene exactly as the camera guy here does and when those lights went out and the actors came out, I screamed! I didn't see it coming at all. I've never seen a house execute this kind of scare so effectively!!
