I love how these Schwarzkopfs never get old. Arrow coasters get bumpy because of age, but these are still standing very strong!

I don't think that's true at all. Any roller coaster regardless of the company, can start to get bumpy or rattly with age and or poor maintenance, that's just the nature of any roller coaster regardless of steel or wood. This ride happens to be well kept up so it still runs fairly well.

This is the first coaster I ever went on. I wasn't tall enough by a tiny amount and despite my dad arguing with the guy, he still said 'no'. We got out of line and i switched shoes with my sister *she had platforms'. We got to the front of the line again and the guy recognized us, looked at my shoes, measured me again, kinda smiled and said something like 'lol oh fine.' :P

I remember when there was nothing over that lake except Monty and the boats. Now it's a jungle of steel! I'm not complaining about the new rides, it just is so shocking to see. I also remember (and miss) when Monty was yellow. I've always hated that green!

The roller coaster turns 40 in 2018. Montezuma's Revenge is still going strong after so many years. From 1978-2001, it was painted yellow n 4 the last 15 years it's been green n yellow. CF should change it back 2 its old color...jk the rides good just the way it is lol.

Anybody remember the Loop Trainer at Knotts? It wasn't a coaster but an intense ride that started out like a flat merry go round until it raised up Like a ferris wheel, however when you reached the top the cars swung outward from gravity so you would be upsidedown, and it was taller than all the rides around it.

This past week at Knotts, the Montezuma's Revenge was closed. Last year Jaguar got repainted back to its original Red n Brown color scheme. Now the Montezuma's Revenge is getting repainted back to its original Yellow color scheme. The 90's and the Old Knotts are coming back.

Let me tell you a little story 2 years ago I went to the Philippines from America for vacation our first theme park visit was knotts berry farm tbh like all of the first timers there I didnt know that Jaguar had or didnt had the loop . Thinking that Jaguar had the loop I went on Montezoomas revenge , I was really afraid of loops that time So when I saw it Half of my brain was "We should do it" And the other half was "Fk this sht im out" While the "Fk this sht im out" Side was winning I was crying in the cart preventing from the operator to start the coaster Everybody looked at me they we like "Wtf happened to him?" Then he went to me and said "Do you wanna go down or just ride?" He said it kindly so I felt calm And my dad was like "you can get off the ride if you want" Also my relatives who lived there were also looking at me and Then I said "Wait Can I pray?" He said "Ok tell me when you are done" After I.prayed I rode then I closed my eyes After it got better and before you know it My adrenaline Started flowing! So i rode more rides!! Like this if you actually heard a crying person While riding this thing in 2016 If not like it for more stories hahaha

this is an example of a perfect coaster for the space that is is in. it has had so much grow around it over the last 35-40 years. it can not be removed because the landscape around it is so unique. other rides even pass through it. its the cornerstone of fiesta village.
