Overall a really great video, and here’s some tips: lower the sensitivity of the mic for a bit (maybe edit up the volume), and put each mic in left and right channels in post (i.e. left mic with 100% balance on the left and 0% on the right) , which gives a better binaural sound effect.

Hello I think the mics are outta phase. When you're centered between the 2 your getting a phasing sound. When you lean into 1 or the other it goes away, because the other mic is not picking up since your far away. You should try a stereo paired set of mics. Your the best asmr artist there is. Just a technical issue

The lazy and the self critical thoughts can be kept and contemplated on to help find ways to act on these thoughts in a better life decision with these things. Experience can be good. You can turn negatives around by being creative with them. You don't have to let them go. If you keep your negatives and work with them you don't have to fear them. Keep your thoughts but work through their issues.
