You can add a manual payment method or follow our documentation to add a Custom payment gateway if that gateway is not supported by Tutor LMS. Documentation for custom payment gateway setup: docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developer-documentation/custom-payment-gateways

The problem I observe when using tutor native e-commerce is that when student purchase courses they would wait to get manually enrolled. They don’t get enrolled automatically Please tutor lms solve dz issue This is why I still use woo commerce because my student get automatically enrolled

If you have the supported payment gateways enabled the students should be auto enrolled into the course after the payment is completed. Please contact our support team to resolve this.

first you clear the problem of course missing even after order complete.. entrolled course zero.. in the wocomerce course order complete but in lms entrolled course zero.. same order complete status also showing in lms.. but your system saying zero entrolled course quite funny 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.. fist you fullfil basic needs 🤣🤣🤣🤣

My problem my Customer.. fist creating id and then he add to cart then he made payment.. after payment successfully.. my woocomerce also accepted that payment.. in woocomerce status it was completed.. then customer told me where is course.. then I was so confident I asked him to open enrolled course.. then enrolled course is zero.. then she opened the order history from lms side bar there also status is completed... the biggest problem with you we can't share any images with you directly. if any problem arises we have to attach as Link.. in 202,5 why this much trouble.. atleast provide a image attaching option in chat. I am definitely going some alternative of this platform rally too bad.. See guys her course order status completed.. and enrolled course zero 😢😢😢😢😢 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 Before this issue was once in month now daily 2 or three out of 10 payment one is like this .. litterly drowning my confidence so bab plugin ever @tutorlms
