They were joking about the weather because when they were filming this,it was raining non stop in Korea. I think it made the news like it was raining heavily for days/weeks. An army translator on twitter posted a screen shot of an ig post of Lumpens- the director of the MV. He posted a photo probably an outside location and there were cars parked and it was raining heavily. Maybe that’s why they had to improvise and film everything in the studio.

There are so many mv they reacted to I'm not sure if u guys have seen them but usually when a new single with mv comes out they sit down and do a reaction! Obviously since their channel only just started to add eng subs the older reactions don't have it. - Omg, you guys talking about those tapes - I JUST realized that this is why some people were confused by the term, B-side. It was something that was just normal knowledge, and it never occurred to me until JUST THIS MOMENT that young people can't have known what B-side meant. Now I feel old. xD - Korean milk is pasteurized differently from American milk - I find it sweeter, richer, and far tastier - I remember the first time I drank American milk, and I hated it, especially the aftertaste, which is unfortunate, because I used to love milk when I lived in Korea - this is also why I, personally, don't like American milk chocolate, and prefer Korean milk chocolate (this isn't to hate on American stuff, this is just my personal preference when it comes to milk)
