The right hand stick in a C42 is a bit of bastard when it comes to writing down ATC instructions!

I am a lefty learning in a C150 with the PTT button on the left hand side of the yoke. Kneeboard on my left leg. It is also a bit of a bastard!

Thanks mate! Its a suction cup that I attach onto the acrylic roof of the c42 :)

The female controller at around the 14:00 did a very good job. Obviously I mean no offence, but at the stage you were at at this video you were less experienced than you are now, and presumably controllers hearing "'Student G-ABCD" at particular locations will know you're on an early solo flight and go a bit easier on you. She did a very good job :) As did you, well done.

@@TheMicroPilot I just mean that the point you were in the video, you were still a student and possibly less confident than you are now. You handled the comms in this very well and the atc did a good job too .
