Snippet: Shouldn't the gov't build [P-K-12] public schools since basic education is mandatory throughout the Philippines? And since it's understood supported by the public funding, all public schools should be provided by school buses -- Pre-K thru senior high school -- Elem [Pre-k-5th]; Middle Grade [6-8th]; High School [9-12]. Three (3) separate buildings for the 3 above grade levels and Sta Rosa district or Rizal Province should have theirs too. Be sure elected leaders know this is their job and must build and provide in accordance with the law of the land -- Philippines. They may have long forgotten this part of the Constitution.
