I had the most profound experience in this. When I accepted it was me I was walking towards, then fully accepted my love for myself as I give to my dearest loved ones... it clicked, my entire body eventually surrounded with my own heat, love, and passion for life. A healed patient is a lost costumer, remember that. Nothing more damaging than an unsuited therapist which happens a lot in the psychology field, matters of the mind. Healthy self. Heal thy self. Try Shinrin Yoku, yoga, healthy eating and these meditations instead. Walk away from everything that does not serve you. Good luck and good health to you.

This is the first video that has triggered me to cry every single time I envision seeing my higher self walk toward me. Also, when she extends her hand, I grab her and hug her tight until she disappears. It’s like I’m seeing my long lost sister and I’m so excited to see her again.

Wow, thank you!! I have been so sick with meningitis for a week and none of the meds from the doc have helped. I went outside and sat in a chair to try grounding. I pulled up your mediation and enjoyed the peace, was grateful for life, and did some yoga type moves as I meditated with you. It’s funny, I have had inflammation in my fingers this last year and suddenly I closed my fingers and they closed normally like they use to. No blockage, no pain. It’s amazing how we can heal ourselves. I will keep this up and believe I will be healed of this meningitis. I am thankful God introduced me to you this morning. 😁❤️

I’ve been doing this for a few weeks and of alllll the meditations I tried confidence, gratitude, wealth etc this has been the most effective at helping me deal with the pain I’ve felt in my gut since childhood. I think this has definitely made me kinder to myself and more aware of each moment. It’s probably been 3 weeks I’ve been doing this daily. I’m going to try it 2x a day for the next month and report back.

Like many I am extremely stressed and anxious, I been getting continous pins and needles and other physical symptoms.. Wow. I have done a number of the Mindful Movement's meditations and so far this is the most grounding and getting me on the path to healing by being more fully connected with my higher self. I have recently realized that my higher self is who I need to look to to tune out the negativity of the past and work positively toward the future. This was beautiful thank you. I had a negative thoughts trying to break in I could use an idea for dispersing them.
