Thanks, Manny! I'm not planning on signing up for the Halloween races but the themes do look like a lot of fun. I sure hope they do get Haunted Mansion back open in California in time. I would like to get the Coast to Coast medal at some point, but maybe sometime in the next couple years. In the meantime, I just got signed up at the last minute to run with a charity for the challenge at Princess in February, which would make for the "perfect" runDisney (Floriday) season for this year, from Wine & Dine through Springtime Surprise, so I'm very excited for that!

That is awesome about your perfect season. DL has a few things to fix so I can see people staying away for a bit. Also, once Disneyland Forward get going, it may affect the courses a bit but should be great once they are finished. Video coming soon on that. Create a Magical Run!

I'll be there in Sept! I had a BLAST at Disneyland Half weekend and found it very nostalgic and a similar experience to my DL runs from 2014-2017. But i do agree that they need to step up their character and photopass game, but i have faith it'll get better! Also, no pressure getting haunted mansion opened up on time right? Haha. Now to decide costumes!

Hello there! I remember that when rD came back after the pandemic, they did struggle at WDW also but got everything fixed so they will do the same at DL. I do hope Haunted is open by then. Makes for a better medal picture with the hitch hiking ghosts.

Hello there! There is a party but it isn't included with the challenge. I just looked it up and it is still available at $85 per person. I bought it to see if it is worth it plus I have never really been to Typhon Lagoon. Its time to buy a swim suit.

Since the Angels are out of town that weekend, thoughts on whether the course would run through the stadium again?

Hello there! I hope so. To me, it wasn't the worst thing to run through the parking lot but I think everyone should experience running through a professional baseball stadium. I do hope this happens.
