Wonderful to see someone joining the parkrun family. Looks like you had a wonderful time ? May I suggest something that could help ? If you buy a breathable running top, you’ll find you can run a lot easier. It’s a ‘sweat wicker ‘ helps keep you cool.

@@RyanCondonno problem at all. I love parkrun, nearing my 500th. Don’t worry about being lapped, we’re all rubbish compared to the front runners : ) You’ve now got a PB to aim for. You’ll also find that when you go on holiday you’ll think ‘oh, where’s the nearest parkrun’ It’s brilliantly addictive.
