What I love about Megan is her shrewdness, wit and innate, beautiful character. Nah they only made her win because they want to test the waters if the Philippines winning will have fans supporting Miss World since Miss Universe placements from Venus, Shamcey and Janine reignited the Filipinos' support to pageantry. When Venus and Shamcey placed, they became iconic and that is what made Gwendolyn place first runner up in Miss World the year after.
