@@bbbeyal2403 hi sorry i dont have it anymore. but i believe you can make your own pattern by making a fitted sleeve muslin. or look up on DIY cling wrap + duct tape dress form making. you'd be able to make an arm form that is exact to your own arm

Thank you. This is very interesting. I am curious: Why do you sew the lines on instead of draw them with some sort of marker? Is it because you use a steam iron and it might run? Can this be done without a steam iron? (I do not have a steam iron).
