Shana! I don't usually look at Mom Edit's KZbin channel, but decided to give Laurel's weightlifting a shot...and this popped up--impeccable timing! My husband and I just booked a Sept trip to Italy (had to cancel a previous Italy trip for health reasons, so fingers crossed)--how would you adjust your advice for a 62 year old (5'1", 135 lbs)--not sure I can pull off the off-the-shoulder, no-bra approach. Help!
