Very interesting episode. A controversial point for me was her saying „obesity in 2024 is a choice“. With all we know about Adipositas which is a chronic disease caused by many factors like hormones, genetics, lifestyle etc. for me it sounds like saying „getting cancer“ is a choice.

It’s okay….she isn’t perfect right? Please take the good and إن شاء الله avoid this bit which you didn’t agree with❤️

She has mentioned this several times on her platforms and referred to obesity caused by wrong lifestyle only.

Shes always getting this comment lol She said it a million times before, in this comment, shes talking about obesity by lifestyle choices NOT from a health condition.

@sarah2009sara it think the issue is that talks like these can give people the excuse to not want to change for the better. We need to promote health.

@@user-vh3gn3xq7s I think spreading such a generalized statement (so openly) into people’s heads offers a large surface to stigmatize obese people - I don’t believe in helping someone by making them look like a fool.

Only emotionally challenged people would need a support to love them selves. Food disorders is a symptom rather than a disease. Emotional gaps are preconceived self reflection. It is a choice you make….. just be no 1 for your self.

Watched until I saw that Lays sponsor ... as educated individuals and a Genocide is happening live guys let's be mindful of our ads and sponsors as well as our audience and how they want nothing to do with these brands.

Nat is a person that I would love to just sit and keep listening to her. However this episode is kinda disappointing I pressed on the video because of the title but I don't think the title was spoken enough.
