Minus One does a great variation on the original roar. It's awesome how iconic the Legendary roar is becoming and it's honestly my favourite one, mainly because while there's a lot of volume and power to it, it's also quite sharp and crisp, so you really get to appreciate the mix of it. It's almost like a monsterverse motif (like the animal version of a catchphrase XD)

The original roar of Godzilla was achieved by rubbing a rough resin-coated glove on the strings of a contrabass. I imagine that they recreated that for the 2014 movie and added in some more instruments played in a similar way. They seem to be using the same set of sounds for every legendary Godzilla roar
