Las Vegas was my next destination on my trip to America, a city known as the entertainment capital of the world and full of casinos and luxury hotels and special and exciting entertainment. On our way to Las Vegas with my good friends, we saw a very cool car on the side of the road that had a cup of mixed fruits that were sliced and put into the glass, such as watermelon, pineapple, cucumber, mango, and cantaloupe, coconut along with a special seasoning called Tajin which has ground chili pepper and sea salt and is very spicy and mostly used here as a seasoning for fruits and it was very delicious. They have Elote, which is a Mexican grilled corn on the cob with cheese, mayonnaise and pepper. The most delicious corn I've ever had.
On route 66 towards Las Vegas, we arrived at an old 1950s restaurant called Peggy Sues diner, and we decided to have classic American food, such as grilled liver with onions, maybe meatloaf or cheeseburger with potatoes, and...
we got cream soup with potatoes, oysters and carrots along with salty biscuits, which we dipped in the soup and I must say it was very good, warm and cozy. We had patty melt with fries and chili sauce, cheddar cheese, onion and honey butter. I tasted the beef liver with mashed potatoes and gravy, which was delicious. We also ordered hamburgers with melted cheese and caramelized onions, as well as fried pickles with ranch sauce, which were all wonderful. For dessert, we had chocolate milkshake and rhubarb and strawberry pie banana and peanut butter dessert, which I fell in love with.
We arrived at the beautiful Las Vegas, and we plan to prepare cool and exciting reports that no one has ever taken, and of course we want to go to the very famous chef Gordon Ramsey's restaurant, which I'm sure everyone knows. We chose to stay at Encore Hotel in Las Vegas and after a little rest we decided to go to a cool steakhouse called SW Steakhouse to have their delicious famous steaks. We wanted to try their A5 wagyu steak which is Japanese
We also wanted the ribeye, which has the highest percentage of fat, and York, which is firmer but has marbled fat. But the item they suggested to us was the Porter House, which is half fillet and half New York, a 40-ounce meat with bone, along with roasted potatoes, oysters, spinach, mashed potatoes and asparagus, and it came with chimi chori sauce a traditional Argentinian sauce along with Miche Lada, the best beer in the world. I must say that all of them together became a unique and very delicious combination, it is enough for 5 people. We also had crab cake and beef carpaccio with balsamic the most delicious raw meat I had ever eaten. After the steak, we got fried donuts that you can dip in vanilla and chocolate or strawberry, which were all out of this world.
