Sir Railway Exam mai ye rules already applied hai. At the time of filling up the form 500 rupya liya jata hai. General candidate se or agar wo apper hote to unhe 390 refund hota hai or nhi hote to inka paisa wapas nhi hota. Same rule other category ke liye bhi hai unka full refund hota hai agar wo appear hote hai to warna not refund. Or sir yaha pe more than 1 crore students at a time form fill krte hai. Jisme 50-60% appear hote hai .
