I thank God for all of you!! I declare as God's child, I too persevere after 2 journeys of cancer -- breast and brain cancer 8 months apart from one another. By God's grace and healthy choices, I'm still here and He has given unto me many opportunities to share the testimony of His faithfulness and His overcoming power to keep pressing on in His plan for my life. The question of what is driving my trust was a real eye-opener! After watching our daughter go through times of severe emotional trauma and physical trauma and on-going health issues, I realize that my focus must change from what God can and is doing , or not doing, for her and focus on Who He Is! He IS faithful even in the pain and questions! I want to trust Him better! Thanks for the challenge!

Thank you so much for sharing, Mullett Family! Trusting in God has always been a struggle for me; I'm doing a bit better now. My family and I have been through a lot over the years and are currently jobless and applying for jobs. Though anxious, I have to keep reminding myself that God will in His perfect time provide. And He is now: we have a new home and food to eat. I built a wall to distance myself from more hurt but that only makes the situation worse. I pray I continue to tear down the wall and just trust God fully. Thank you so much again! Your family is a blessing! Praying for you all!

Thank-you for the points on trust! I have learned that hard times always call for yet more trust in the Lord... even when it's so hard to understand the purpose of hardships - like having to leave the church that was my home from my earliest days, or watch my husband's mother walk away from family, or watch my mother suffer many, many health problem ever since her 30's ....yet I must trust that there's some reason that God is allowing all these hard things, and have faith that circumstances could possibly change for good one day.❤️

Thankyou for your ministry! It has encouraged me so often already! The hardest thing that has happened to us was when our daughter Jaylia died very suddenly last year in march, she was 2 years old. It was hard not to question God's Love and to ask over and over just why it had happened. But relying on God's promises that he is there even in our darkest moments and to know that she is safely Home has carried me through so far and I know God will be faithful in the future as well. I have watched this video already many times, there are so many deep truths in it: - Trust is more an action than a feeling. - build our trust in God based on His past record (He Is reliable) - acknowledging misplaced trust - identify unrealistic expectations - loving & serving will NOT exempt us from trials, trauma and abuse. We leave in a Fallen world - rejecting lies about God "failing" us, but sometimes asking hard/Unsettling questions about our role that might have contribute to the problem. - we experience trauma when bad things happen to us. It is very important to bring that trauma to the Lord Jesus-Christ, who is more than willing to heal us so we can trust Him wholly again. - follow the right process of trusting God (reading the bible and meditate on it).

Recently, still feels like yesterday, that I lost my only child (son). Trusting the LORD has been difficult but I know that my son is no longer in pain & struggling with life’s issues. He is in the LORD’s presence and that is what makes it easier for me to deal with it. I’m still grieving and I pray that the hurt will lessen. I will trust in the LORD & His righteous to get me through this. Thank you for the Bible verse Job 42:5. LORD bless your family. 🙏🏽✝️💕

I've come a long way in learning to trust God in the last ten months, while walking the pathway of standing around my Dads hospital bed. After two days of suffering with injuries from a vehicle accident, he passed away. Ten days after his funeral, my husband woke up with a fever. Twenty-one days later we said Goodbye to his earthly body that had lost the battle of Covid. My oldest child, a daughter, is 14 years old, and wanting to learn how to drive.... lets just say, there is no lack opportunities for learning to trust God on deaper levels than I ever had to before.

I was praying for a job as I felt my spiritual life being choked out in the present one that I had. After nearly hitting rock bottom I was called to a very good job; as I left the old one behind, I faced a major problem. They weren't so receptive of my covenant with God in keeping the Sabbath. I faced many problems because of it. Though i trusted in God i couldn't get over my bitterness in the flesh. (You're right that trust is a choice, not a feeling). It was a battle and in my struggle I had to make a sacrifice. And as I reflected upon my Saviour, I realized the path that God had called me in was a similar path the Son of God had to take for the salvation of my soul. It was at that moment, I was able to fully surrender and trust God. God will never have us walk a road, He hasn't trod. He's our forerunner. When we see how God truly can empathize with us as our Great High Priest, we can surrender all KNOWING it is Him we are following.

Oops!....the thought of suffering, but reflecting on how God has brought me through many different trials, surprising me and overwhelming me with blessings and goodness, makes it easier to face the future. As God brought something wonderful (salvation!) through the horrific death of His Son Jesus on the cross, I believe He also brings good things out of our personal sufferings! First off, you have a beautiful family! Secondly, thank you for the testimony of your faith and "trust" in the Lord no matter what comes your way. My son (now 5) was born with half a heart and it would take too long to tell the stories of God's goodness and the miracle it is that he's still with us. He is stable and thriving but I'm still learning to trust in a way I never had. Someday he will need a heart transplant. But will it be in 1 year or 20? Will my child trust the Lord when he is old enough to understand his own condition? I'm thankful for these trials because they strengthen my daily walk with the Lord and are constant reminder of my need for him. So often we get so busy, we don't realize we are doing most things in our own strength. It is during these trials I have felt His presence so strong because... "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee." Is. 26:3

I can tell you firsthand what a source of encouragement you have been to me personally, but I would love to receive your giveaway items not for myself but for my new friend and her mother. My new friend is someone that I have been very blessed to meet but she has endured great trials for many years. Until the age of 19, she was a very outgoing young woman who also sang and played her guitar as part of a musical group. She had many friends and was very active. At 19, she contracted MS. She is now in her early 30's and has been housebound, cared for by her mother, for many years.
