TVXQ has a ton of tunes that you would love: Mirotic, Something, Chance of Love, Truth--Everything they do is consistently high quality. You may not love every song they put out, but nobody can ever deny that whatever they do is done well. Also, the one thing SM Entertainment does better than anyone is developing outstanding vocalists. No other K-Pop label creates so many great singers. TVXQ is no exception to that rule. In fact, they pretty much set the bar for great SM vocals.

Nice reaction. If you notice most of the video is shot in one take (a few sneaky edit cuts). As for the American R&B sound, SM entertainment (their label) has a very R&B influence on its sound, thanks mainly to Teddy Riley, one of their main producers. Riley, of course, is famous as one of the fathers of the New Jack Swing sound, and was a huge part of the sound of MJ's Dangerous Album.
