Hey mythologyguy. You still woundering why kratos is able to kill the other gods from Ascension and even the sequel GOW games. Here's why he's able to kill them, even if he didnt get the powers from Pandora's Box. The reason why is able to kill the prequel Gods is because the Blades of Chaos are acctually made by the remains of the primordial God of Chaos. If you have some time to read the GOW novels of GOW 1 and 2, there's a reference that Athena says that the blades of chaos were made by the remains of Chaos. Thats why he's able to kill the Gods, even if he was still a mortal.

I disagree. The Blades of Chaos were only used in God of War 1, Ascension and Chains of Olympus while in God of War 2, he had the Blades of Athena which were broken and upgraded by Athena in God of War 3 to become the Blades of Exile. Immortals in God Of War are beings that cannot die of natural death. This means that they can be wounded or killed. This means that killing them requirea either the power and strength of fellow immortals, extremely strong demigods or very powerful weapons such as the Blade of Olympus, the Gauntlet of Zeus, the Blade of the Gods and Hope.

@@reveredrogue9725 Im sorry to say this, but you forgot that Kratos got the blades of chaos when He made a bond with Ares in GOW 1 cutscene and after the scene where Kratos killed his own wife and child, he made a oath with Orkos which means, he has the blades of chaos on GOW Ascensions. Thats something that you probably forgot about that

I really don't think Heimdall is Odin's son in God of War. He is in some versions of the myths, but not in all of them IIRC. And I haven't seen his lineage referenced in the game at all, but maybe that's because I haven't played it myself?

only time it is somewhat implied is when sif states, you said no more blood will be spilled, you said family comes first. So idk maybe but then again not all aesir are gods and not all of them are related so that’s something to think about.

I don't like kind of design I think they should have made him taller made him a little older give him a beard because in a way heindel be up to the same level close to the level physically they should be pretty close in my personal opinion I think they kind of ruined behind tail character in this game make them a little taller give him a beard make him a good bit older make my 29 close to like 33 if you want to make molle old door it would have worked out better if they made a moldering that's what I'm just saying he doesn't seem like like he should have been more religious and it would have been justified why he would he serve time he care so much about servan Odin like have him be a little more religious and then he just believes everything all father says and that's why he works for him I would make a lot more sense you think the armor the armor that his cat were think that's what heindel would wear cuz his armor first cat looks pretty cool

I agree, I think the 2018 game’s story was a lot more refined. I think ragnarok had poor pacing, I enjoyed the game a lot, I absolutely love it, but I think story wise 2018 is better.
