If we think this can't happen here and now we are kidding ourselves. Look at the bill on the floor of NY right now, to send anyone "sick" or potentially sick to encampments. The stage is literally set for this. I pray for those families affected then, and still feeling those affects as I do for our current world. We owe it to our children to stand up against this now, to everybody's children. To recognize it happening around us and not stand up and not speak out is the very definition of insanity - doing the same thing they did then expecting a different result.

This is so important and I want to share this but I'm afraid somebody will misconstrue my intent as other than compassionate, and will lob vitriol my way over the internet. The thought police are heavy handed these days.

Sadly this will happen again, and this time it will be the Chinese-American and the Chinese-non-American.
