Thank you! This song, especially the first part, is quite sad. The war images shown on you edit make those feeling even stronger. I like to listen to that song when I want to listen to something sad, but not depressing. Sad but with hope. I also like to listen to that song when I am happy, in which case my mind focuses more on the energy of "Then we'll fight" than on the sad part. Anyway, it's funny to see that they choose a speech from 1939 for a play set in the first world war. Well, if you hadn't written it I would't have noticed that this speech is not from the first world war.
