Jana Sena leader Pawan Kalyan is the crowd puller for the TDP-Jana Sena-BJP alliance in Andhra Pradesh. In a candid conversation with Dhanya Rajendran and Balakrishna Ganesh, the actor turned politician spoke about why he chose both professions and what he sees ahead for Jana Sena. Disagreeing with the BJP’s recent communal ad, Pawan Kalyan said that alliances don’t have to agree on everything. He says the TDP and Jana Sena will complement each other and unseat Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Great interview. Thanks for it. You asked great questions and he opened up about his motives of starting a political party. Though the answer did not sound very articulated from his other speeches, we can get that he is tired of seasoned politicians using the system for their own benefit and not for the greater good of people. He wanted to become voice "of the people", "for the people" and is about to be elected "by the people" to be their voice in the temple of democracy! Hope he does not loose his path in the journey. Kindly check election policies from PK before joining TDP and after joining TDP. See the contrast?? See the manifesto they released in which they have embraced the same things that they once opposed and proved that they'd fail economically. Also check his stance 5 years ago and now. See what and whom he opposed (which we all loved), and how he embraced the same and shook hands with now (which most of us hate). You will find exact contrast. This one point is enough to outrightly reject and go far away from PK. - Pawan Kalyan formed the Jana Sena Party in 2014, advocating for clean and transparent politics. Immediately, our entire family started to support him. However, his alliance with parties like BJP and TDP, which have been corrupt, and have shown electoral autocracy and a dictatorial mindset, lacking transparency, raises questions about PK's stance. Especially siding with BJP makes him equal to them - the ones who are bent on destroying nation with Religious riots, corruptions, dictatorship agendas, controlling election commission/ed/etc, moral policing, ethnic cleansing, not caring for burning issues like Manipur, farms etc and many more - don't tell me that you "don't know these show me the proof". It's very evident in day to day news and even BJP senior leaders agree that Modi is so corrupt (see ranveen allahabadia interview Subramanya swamy) - Pawan Kalyan initially supported the demand for Special Category Status for Andhra Pradesh but later flip-flopped on the issue. - He opposed the freebie culture and volunteer system, but now, in his manifesto, he and TDP embraced the same along with a few policies that can damage our economy even more. - Pawan Kalyan has been critical of other political parties, particularly the TDP and YSRCP. However, his party has often aligned with these very parties in various elections, leading to accusations of opportunism. - he literally jumped into every gap he found, every opportunity he found, not even caring for his own leaders. - Pawan Kalyan has made controversial statements about women in the past, including comments about their attire and behavior. PK is regressive and misogynistic, yet now he talks about respecting them, showing hypocritical actions and statements. - Pawan Kalyan has often criticized the film industry for its lack of ethics and transparency. However, PK too does not practice what he preaches, especially in his political career. -In 2017, Pawan Kalyan made controversial remarks about feminism, suggesting that it is harming society. He stated, "I don't even know the full form of it. I have no interest whatsoever in knowing about it. In fact, I hate it." - now he says he's a big supporter of women. -In 2018, he made comments about actresses, stating, "We respect women but they (actresses) are disturbing us as they are not concentrating on their jobs and becoming a problem to us." - gender biasis is terrible hurdle for development. -After the poor performance of the Jana Sena Party in the 2019 elections, Pawan Kalyan blamed the Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) for the loss, stating that the machines were manipulated. Why would he take personal responsibility and improve. -During the COVID-19 pandemic, Pawan Kalyan's comments about doctors questioned their commitment to their profession. However, he later clarified his statement, suggesting that his words were misinterpreted. Loose talk is often seen in his statements. Many...too many of such examples highlight instances where Pawan Kalyan's words and actions have been criticized for being disrespectful and lacking accountability.

@@JustVishall Now you'll talk what? As I mentioned, there are too many instances to quote. The example you just quoted is also a perfect illustration of his hypocrisy. He always warned, 'If you can't control your tongue, I can go further,' yet he himself lost control over his tongue (many instances he was the first to lose) and lost control over his train of thoughts too many times in the last 10 years. I have also mentioned his about-face on policies and parties he once opposed, now joining hands with them and praising their policies. He has reached new heights by aligning himself with parties that openly challenge to destroy democracy. I am not sure if you conveniently skipped reading my text or if you are just replying without reading or you didn't understand at all. Whatever that is, none of this is a theory. It's very evident in the news and media every single day.
