It’s not the waiting as much is LIVING LONG ENOUGH TO SEE THE FINAL SEASON AND READ THE FINAL BOOK 😁 some of us, including Diana Gabaldon who is my age, are getting a bit long in the tooth and walking the “fine” line before joining history ourselves

Well said but as far as I know they have already filmed at least the first half of the final season and if you go on Diana’s website you can read what she’s done so far of book ten she’s still working on it it takes her at least two to three years to write a lot of that is simply historical research of the time she’s putting the novel in so historical setting but what I love is how she weaves actual historical figures into the narrative here’s some examples : Bonnie Prince Charlie , George Washington and benedict Arnold snd major figures of the American revolutionary war in the last two books love it and also that it doesn’t sit in one genre but covers multiple as it’s part fanw

This season had ZERO to do with the strike. It’s about streaming and ad revenue. The longer you drag it out, the more money they make. HBO has produced two seasons of the House of Dragons … in less time than Outlander 7 has taken. HoD is heavily CGId and costs millions per episode to produce. STARZ is garbage and I’m done with anything they put out.

This has been BS! There was no reason to drag out this season and as much as I like the books and the show - This drag out was uncalled for! I like the narrator of this video have said the same thing - We are surprised they haven't lost vewers with the way they have been doing the shows seasons! How can one be a great fan and yet give up before it’s brought to its conclusion? Diana has nothing to do with any delays.She sold her rights to the books to Starz. She serves only as a consultant and there are no guarantees that her suggestions will be followed. The story has not yet been brought to a conclusion. “. . .Bees” is the 9th title; Diana has not finished writing book 10 which as yet is still untitled. Diana said years ago that there would be 10 books; then after the show started she thought there might have to more than 10 to tie up loose ends. To my knowledge nothing more has been said. So, unless you know something for SURE, it’d be best not to say anything. Diana is free of blame for delays. I don’t know who is actually responsible for scheduling. Don’t speculate! It just pisses everyone off.

I feel very angry about the release of Season 7 part 2 being delayed for the 3rd time. First it was was to be in April 2024 Then to June 2024 Now Nov. 2924... It's destroyed the joy of looking forward to watching it. Plus the last couple of seasons have been frankly a far cry in quality compared to the first 3 seasons... We forgive die to the COV - BS...but now there is no excuse. I will not watch it nor any additional spin offs....I'm done with the trickery.

This is pretty bad the way the 7th season has been done. Ive seen pt 1 but its been at least a year and we were to see pt 2 in the fall and no pt 2 .....yet. I cancelled my STARZ membership because pt 2 s7 still has not been shown and its June 2024 already. I doubt that i will be watching.

I have lost all interest in Outlander, it's been way too long and I don't understand why it had to take so long.
