Like seeing all the antiques. You are always adapting. Mahatma Ghandi stated "As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world .... as in being able to remake ourselves. Remember to be kind to yourself." 😊 Mahatma Gandhi

I think a monthly trip to an antique mall is great for educational purposes. I know for me, I am more of a sponge for the knowledge and appreciation for two reasons, 1. A very limited income and 2. A really small apartment with no room for display that is 2A. Out of the cats reach 🐈⬛🐈⬛🐾 I believe in the power of gemstones to make us feel awe and wonder, excitement and mysterious. Oh and let's not forget pretty, as jewelry they make us feel pretty, and confident and interesting. Great powers! Thanks for the educational information and the visual surprises around every corner. And great haul on the stone pendants and jewelry pieces to sell in your store! ❤❤❤

Hi, Danni! Great video. When you passed by the Mexican turtle, l was yelling at my screen for you to see it! SO happy that you bought it for yourself. 🐢BTW, you've had a total glow-up since you moved into your new home. Less stress and more fun. Love from Kim in Florida ❤

Its still a treasure hunt & It’s just nice to see things more organized, in better condition & quality. It’s good to learn not to avoid antique and vintage shopping! Thanks, Dani 💕

I love it when you go through a antique mall. But I think you were too hard on yourself a couple of times..the last time with the porcelain ring with the birds on it. Before that the turtle group where one was on top of the other, etc. The jewelry is fantastic,so cool that that shop was closing, not for them ofcourse, but for you..such great prizing! I adore the Mexican turtle you got,I love him so much!🥰The carnaval glass fancy bird basket is so cute and so is the beautiful dove.😍 The treasure graft salt and pepper shakers are fantastic too! You found great stuff.🙏🏻🥰 The two pieces of silver turtle jewelry are beautiful and that bracelet was very beautiful too.🫶🏼

12:04 Seetusee, Glassware, Tray, hand painted, glass, leather back, Catch All, Table Centrepiece, Canadian, Art glass, Canada, Vintage. glassware made in the 1960-1970's ,made out of Portage LaPrairie, Manitoba (near Winnipeg), Canada. The back of the platter is made of pigskin. This original Seetusee Art glass tray is stamped with a red "M" followed by Seetusee Glassware by Mayfair, Portage and the number "M80" within a semi circle written in the words " to clean - wipe only with damp cloth" History The Seetusee Glass items were perfected by George Hill & Foss Giffin both residences of Portage LaPrairie, Manitoba Canada but Hill was the working force behind it. It has been suggested by research, that pieces of Seetusee Glass may have been distrubited by one of the largest if not the largest trading company in all of Canada. The Hudson Bay Company but to date this is still unconfirmed. Hill traveled all over the world, he was a bit outrageous and an entrepreneur and found this type of glass being created in Mexico (the Mexican pieces were always painted with a bright orange or yellow, had a small string attached so you could hang them on a wall and were considerably thinner than the Seetusee originals, seldom signed.) George, recognizing this type of glass as truly unique, he wanted to bring this "new" form of art knowledge back to Canada so George had hired some of the Mexican Artists, moved them up to Canada to first show him how the process was done. The Mexican pieces were created using chicken wire or alike to shape a mold so George perfected metal molds since using chicken wire or other wire would be time consuming & unpredictable. Each piece was made from imported window glass, water based paints, metallic foils & pigskin either painted gold or silver so there was no confusion of origin. The glass was melted in a large "pot" and then the glass was molded in an oven on metal molds, then the paint was added by dripping and drabbing here & there on the glass along with decorative metallic foils or alike, heated and then pigskin leather backing was assembled to the back. The end result was surprizingly light in weight with a rich vibrant colorful display that was primarily for decorative purposes however, they can be used to serve your favorite foods with a "flare". Arranging in sizes & shapes from 3" rounds with ruffles and squares right up to large platters 16" - 20" again in a variety of shapes and colors. Seetusee Mayfair Glassware is becoming a highly sought Canadian Art Glass collectable,

No apology needed (ever). Liked the Antique Mall videos. During Whatnot today I asked if you could give measurements on nicheladyshop items. I understand it takes more time. Rachel does a great photography job. I watch all your videos. But sometimes I decide to not buy a necklace or bracelet or vase, etc cause I don't know the size. Just wanted to tell you the reason I asked that question. ❤ I appreciate you letting us know about Gwenia's passing. I always looked forward to her comments. Glad you two met. She is missed. ❤❤

You have to go back for that dragon Teapot. Seriously, when I first started doing resale, I only sold antique Bar Ware and ornate crystal glasses. Once you learn how double box them, it's simple with no issues. That teapot is such a huge profit. I basically only sell jewelry now. There's so much to learn about jewelry and you're not quite there yet. Buy the teapot.

We didn't, I said you don't see them around that much anymore. Then he proceeded to tell me he has 13,000 sets of them!!! I said no wonder you don't see them, you have them all.
