Yeah, my mom's pretty gifts are now mine again. 😔💕 She's 85 and has Alzheimer's. But she gifted all 6 of us most of her valuables before it set in too bad. ❤️ She's in a gorgeous assisted living home that she loves. She can't remember her farm home of 50+ years.

Talking about beaks..let me say I know nothing about birds. I go to pet store, I stop to look at a white cockatiel who is out of his cage just chilling. He jumps on my hand then my shoulder and starts nibbling until the owner gets to him and gets him back on his perch. I had tiny hickeys all over my neck. 😂😂😂 Thx for sharing loved this trip as always. So much beautiful glass & interesting finds.

The Griffin and Sabin is actually a beautiful book. It's a story has correspondence with a woman whom he is never met. They are both artists so all the correspondence is actually beautiful artwork. There are letters in the envelopes. There are 3 books total and I've had them for years. They might have been an awesome gift for your daughter. Great finds at the antique mall. Wish we had more of those where I live.

I love old windows, I have one hanging over my antique bedroom suite. The window came from my husbands family farm that he moved too when he was 4 . We own the farm now and live their.my husband is 80. The antique bedroom suite also came from the family farm it is a sleigh bed. Love it all. Love your videos, I watch them everyday. 🥰❤️

I’m considering starting a Florida College Fund for my New Years Day surprise gift!! I have “adopted” others together with their respective parents! Loved seeing the Brad Keeler lobster piece, I think he is underappreciated lol. That particular line of pottery is very recognizable with the blood red glaze which I think he developed, also known for crazing. I have sold several of his even with the crazing and chips. He unfortunately died at a young age in the 40's.

The Jeweled Christmas Trees - my designs include vintage jewelry or pearls starting at $400 and are still in demand. One pearl tree sold for $300 - requested to add customers pearls - quite unique. In business since 1957 all designs are embellished with vintage finds and wedding gowns (utilizing moms or grandmas wedding gowns to design Christening Outfits - another high-priced purchase) . . . enjoy viewing your finds. On the shelf before the lobster dish,, you said they had a good eye for mid century and the vase in the back looked like a Patossi, not sure I'm spelling it correctly but if it is it has great value!!

Enjoying this vid a lot. I once came across a beautiful Northwood Carnival glass "very ruffled" bowl at Goodwill. I looked up prices & was so excited. I didn't have much experience at that time checking for damage and I couldn't see any damage. When I started photographing it, I saw the chips that were sort of camouflaged by the ruffles. I was heartbroken. What to do? It really was such a beautiful (and heavy) bowl. I knew someone could or would love it.(I appreciated the beauty, the quality of Northwood, but am not a carnival glass person.) I ended up selling it on Ebay, for $5 + shipping, fully disclosing all the damage. As I noted in my listing, you could just stand it up on a shelf, and no one would know it was damaged. The moral of my little story: Some damaged pieces can still be loved and treasured and need to be rescued.❤️
