It managed to slip past me, but back in June my first ever video on this channel reached its 10 year anniversary. So much has happened between then and now, but this channel and this work has always been a highlight of my life. I’m so excited for you all to see what’s in store for this next decade! what's really bizarre is the sheer amount of musical inspiration in video game music; after all, using synths to make music didn't only exist on game machines! To say it's not real music is like saying rock isn't real music. It's all part of one cultural evolutionary line!

Sometimes I wonder if I'm being biased in declaring that Ocarina is my favorite video game ever, then any time I listen to this track I immediately remember that it had a unique feel to it that no game ever since has quite recaptured. And congrats on 10 years! I haven't been around the entire time, but I look forward to whatever's next! You're genuinely one of the best at what you do!

This is my first memory of a video game.. this intro music, the sound of Epona's hooves I will remember it all my life, and I am happy to have grown up with this game all my childhood.

I love this theme, so mysterious and somber - but just a little big hopeful. Thank you for making this cover - I love how you have captured some of the softness in the song. The original can feel a bit sharp in its pitch.

The synths replacing the usual ocarina make the composition sound remarkably fresh. This is probably my favorite arrangement of the track now. Beautiful work, as always 💕.

I think this cover helped me to find out why Ocarina holds little nostalgia for me. Zelda 1, Zelda 2, ALTTP, and Link's Awakening title themes are all triumphant and bombastic, inviting the mood of getting ready for an epic adventure. Ocarina's? Quiet. Sleepy. Dream-like. Pensive. I actually started nodding off to this track as it was playing (not from boredom, but because it felt more like a lullaby than a call to adventure). Anytime I replay Ocarina I find myself jumping past the title screen music as quickly as possible because I just want to get to the adventure and action, man.

@TheNobleDemon Out of All the Zelda Title Screen Themes I don't think they can beat Ocarina of Time's Title Theme like there is just something mystifying about it every time you hear something serene yet pleasant and still yet can kinda sad and cumbersome. What do you and everyone else think huh?

I've been scouring youtube for remixes of yin yarn and fangoras theme from kirby's epic yarn and I shockingly can't find any. There is a single 8bit remix of yin yarns theme and I think no fangora themes. I would be overjoyed to either of those appear in your channels uploads

Your rendition is definitely well done, though I've been thinking about why it doesn't hit me as hard as the original soundtrack. I think the originals minimalism combined with shorter sound/reverb tails emphasize on the solitude I feel from the track. Your rendition sounds more mystical than lonely.
