For context, Kido spells range from 1 to 99 in terms of power and difficulty, and often require incantations for non-Kido-Masters. And here we just saw Aizen nonchalantly use a Level 90 Hado without even reciting an incantation to demolish another Captain

Also, that Kido consists of Offensive (Hado) and defensive (Bakudo) spells. Bakudo is further divided into 2 types- Sealing and Barrier. Both Hado and Bakudo go till lvl 90 as you said and incantations maximize their destructive power although they can be used with it which lessens their effect but Kido Masters still pack a punch with them even without the incantations.

In a non canon book there's an "explanation" that says his bankai affects those under the effect of Kyoka Suigetsu, but apparently that was misinterpreted by a lot of people. There hasn't been any other details or reveals on what it is or what his bankai does.

3 possibilities of why it;s called Bleach. 1) When they exorcise a Hollow, they essentially "Bleach" the soul and purify it. 2) Kaien Shiba look alot like Ichigo (as to why Byakuya told Jushiro, that he may look like him but there's no relation), and when black hair is bleached, it becomes orange. 3) They use a lot to clean the excessive blood off their clothes

THIS IS NOT A SPOILER FOR THE SERIES. The reason why Tite Kubo named it 'BLEACH' because on how his views on Death. Originally, the series was going to be called 'SNIPE' because they were originally supposed to use guns. However, He soon dropped the idea after switching to swords, and then turned the name into "BLACK" due to the dark Kimono and Shihakusho the Shinigami wear in the series. Though, he didn't like that name since he found it too generic, so after having it called "WHITE", He finally landed on "BLEACH". Its nothing like Naruto or One Piece where the former is named after the protagonist and the latter being named after the treasure. Also, your going to notice A LOT of Spanish in the series and some other languages I won't say due to spoilers. He has also gotten his inspiration from things such as Western and Latin/Spanish Music, Architecture, and Mythology, while his action and fight scenes are inspired from movies and 80's-90's Rock Kubo listens too when drawing a fight or designing a character, which the song "News from The Front" by Bad Religion helped him create Ichigo and Marylin Manson helped create Mayuri.
