Well if Bardock invented a new attack or something, or invented something like the false moon that Sayian's use to go ape, then I can see why they call him a scientist. The bar is very low. Heck he could be considered a scientist if he beat up some alien nerds and enslaved them to work for him in making stuff for the Saiyans. I can see several ways he could be considered a 'scientist' in the loosest possible terms, or a Saiyan equivalent.

His art style is very, distinct. So, it's pretty limited because of that. You can see characters designed by others imitating his art style, and they look like DBZ characters. I remember one character looked like 17, but with purple hair and a different outfit. Can't remember what RPG it was for, but it was official art work.

I really did enjoy seeing the TFS Broly move for the first time, though I’ve always had, in my mind, a better scenario to explain Broly’s hatred for Goku as opposed to”crying for 3 hours”. Basically, some time after Broly & Paramus make their escape, they learn that Frieza was defeated by Son Goku (Kakarot). This shocks Paragus, but enrages Broly since the Legendary Super Saiyan was said to be the warrior that would avenge the Saiyans’ home world being destroyed. In a way, Goku took Broly’s honor and title and this would be what motivates Broly to kill Kakarot. It’d connect with the series lore and give a more understandable backstory other than, “Baby crying hurty my ears!”

When Goku re-met Chi Chi at the World Martial arts tournament (I think in the last or 2nd to last arc in the original Dragonball), she was mad that A) he didn't remember her immediately, and b) that he had also forgotten his promise to marry her. He remembered her, but thought "Marriage" was a food. So it follows that he also thinks "Divorce" is a food! TFS made a joke alluding to this with Vegeta when the question of marriage between him and Bulma came up and he said something like "What is that, some kind of food?"
