The PDF shows all the "alternate" commands you can do with all the separate units. You can activate PD lights without causing effects by traffic. You can also have PD clear an area using a PA from their car.

Have you had any problems on the DNRC Brush truck the pump doesn't work for me but on every other brush truck it's fine.

I am the big dumb lol. I apparently never realized that they released 2.5, and I was still playing on 2.0.1. That would do it.
