Yavuz Karasu, a well-trained Turkish soldier, is in Istanbul with his fiance where a terrorist operation takes place. Dr. Bahar, who is not a surgeon, tries to save his fiance. @@ahorangistarchild4041 Yeah that was sad. I loved him.. I just wish they would've focused more on the other relationships and showed Yavuz honoring Bahar in little ways.... I could never buy him and Derya together... I still can't really watch much of S3 because I just can't buy it...
