Only way to survive has merc late game is either have a ton of teddy bears, a ton of rose bucklers, or both. i ran around with 25 Rose Bucklers and 3 Sharp Glass and somehow survived decently well.

How do you handle artificer in endgame I don't get it because of the M1 attack. I mean 4 times shooting is like nothing. Is it about the items that will get the class good or what? Since I don't see any benefits from having a limited amount of attacks

Early on get mobility and survival based items.

Movement items are absolute key for survival. Maybe a couple of backup ammunitions, but they aren't as good as on some others. You want some kind of healing, maybe leeching seeds or scythes if you have any crit. Infusions are fantastic, as are teddybears. One Ukulele is great for everyone of course.

Topaz brooch, tri tipped dagger, willowisp jar, ukelele, goat hooves and wax quail, tougher times bears, leeching seeds/first aid box/cautious slug, kjaros and the other ring, just keep trying to get stacks of those, most items like attack speed extra mags and bustling fungus are much less useful on artificer. When you get several of those listed, get about 10 shaped glass and you should be golden.

They're dynamic for sure, but not very balanced when put up against each other.

Loader is the best Character by far. Just get glass shard, ruby crystal, and movement items. Mercenary def the second best because of s.

@@wigglytuffgaming meh, loader is the best for speedruns at least. really it depends on the criteria. for example, because loader is melee, they put themselves at risk when attacking, so they will likely die. that used to not be a problem because of one shot protection, but now glass removes it. for defeating late game bosses, engineer is the most consistent (with good items), but also the slowest, and will require one specific item. (bustling fungus) Huntress is a great glass cannon who scales well, but can also die easily. and commando is garbage.

Not sure about other folks, but usually within 5 minutes of picking up glass, something arbitrarily one-shots me no matter what character I'm playing. Last time it happened to me it was a brass contraption that made no noise on spawn or in prep of firing while I was shredding a Titan (it spawned behind me and immediately shot).

The glass is an automatic shot to the foot and guaranteed a quick death, usually from the back or side

Happiest Mask is pretty meh, until you fight multiple bosses and get one of their phantoms. It's a pretty good feeling when you destroy a Stone Titan and get to have it's laser shoot enemies

You need some feathers to support that build. Stay up in the air is one of best way to dodge 80% of the attacks and doesn't interrupt the flamethrower. Press sprint to interrupt it if you feel it's starting to get too dangerous. Also you need bandolier to reset the cooldown.

Interesting item idea. -10% critical hit chance but now all forms of dmg now have a chance of criting, and critical dmg increases by .2%. The -10% crit chance does not stack, but the critical dmg does. The question is blue item or red?
