Screwball is an accurate description, defined as crazy, eccentric, absurd. I couldn't decide which character was crazier and more absurd. Nevertheless, most annoying character award goes to... and it was a difficult choice... Dewberry and his whistling. 😵‍💫😵‍💫 Thanks for the movie 🎥🎥

37:50 was not crulity-actors taking out a fish hock-huh love of animals. Best movie ever for content . Loved,loved ending. All us folks that liars ,gossip has caused our lives drama, family isolation this movie is the best movie .laugh😂 smile😊 remenber and let go of past hurts. You hurt but hurter usually goes unscaved. Peace to us all. Prayers for weather 😮peace on earth.

It started out cute. Thought it was a good one but around 37:00 minutes in there is animal cruelty. I watch these old movies to relax. Not see animals suffer.

Off course there was no animal cruelty They wrapped the dogs foot up. It never put his paw on a real mousetrap.
