I've especially wanted to mention that I personally noticed that the Harbor Master certainly happens to be the narrator of the TV series known as Theodore Tugboat due to the observation that I personally can EASILY hear his voice narrating everything straight through each adventure! By the way, the exact kind of water from the official TUGS TV series certainly had been used in the well-known Theodore Tugboat TV series; which certainly happens to be exactly what I personally learned from watching another video on KZbin recently!

Pah! Aw, phooey! After Carla explains that she was lonesome and wanted someone to play with, I feel rather bad for her. To get someone to do something with you might take doing a prank or something to get their attention. Sometimes, talking does nothing helpful. And FYI I don't want to hear that nothing justifies what she did!

Okay, but how would a tiny cabin cruiser move bumpers, oil barrels and a small barge by herself in multiple trips? Carla's to small and not strong enough to do that. And the only way for her to take the bumpers without Bonavista knowing is if Bonavista was sleeping. And at 2:12, is that Kingston or Igloo?

Kingston was Igloo before season 5. And Bonnavista's not that big so Carla so wouldn't have had much issue moving her around.
