I could tell the Dispatcher planned something for Theodore, even when he slightly frowned at 3:12. And I can see it in his eyes during the work meeting. And the way the Dispatcher said quickly "there will be more later," is a clear indication he was planning something for Theodore. But work is work, and partying later. No partying during work. And get the work done, then partying.
