One of the most realistic character arcs in any show ever, shows conflict, confusion, character development, loss of character development and the overall sense of loss that many people feel in the "real world".. While Andy's character became extremely obnoxious in seasons 8 and 9, he honestly feels more real than any other character in the show.. well done Ed Helms and the writers.
