Michael has burned his foot, and all of the office is tired of him because he's making such a big deal out of it : it's just a burned foot. He called a handicapped person whose purpose is to talk about his own condition and handicapped people in general (I think). But Michael instead of letting the cripple do his presentation, he's comparing himself to him (an actual handicapped person) and trying to make the whole office sympathize for him which is very pathetic and stupid. The handicapped person acknowledged that and felt like an "object" thus leaving the office. I hope you understand now why he's rude to Michael :)
