My husband and I and our three children were coming home from church one Wednesday night and we were about four blocks from home, when we were t-boned. I was thrown from the car with my seat belt on. There were people around that came to help us and I was never able to thank any of them. I don't even know who they are. We all had broken bones except for my 12-year-old son. He was pretty badly bruised. We were all in the hospital for a little while. My husband broke his neck and was paralyzed from the neck down. I lost him 10 months later. That was 32 years ago. The doctor called it a miracle that any of us survived.

My husband used to drive semi. Once when he was on a mountain road, he felt his rear tires on the side of his trailer slide off the road. He thought he was going to fall down the side of the mountain. He told me it felt like someone picked up his trailer and put it back on the road. I would always pray for God to protect him and the people around him when he would leave for the week. I truly think God answered my prayers.

same thing happened to me about 25 years ago. God placed me in somerville, MA. Coming home after happy hour with my fiance at the time, saw a burning car. I prayed to god that the car wouldnt blow up on me as it was engulfed in fire, I pulled a guy out of the front seat who was passed out. God made sure I was there

The wind blowing away and from behind the car keeping the flames from engulfing the interior of the vehicle was a plus. Gods breath allowed that I truly believe and by doing so gave this man the time needed to help the passengers. God is so Good!

I've been a Texas peace officer for 33 years, but never had an opportunity to help in this wonderful way, this man is truly God's angle, additionally he's a TRUE HERO, young officers nowadays will not take any sort of risk to be a humanitarian. I've seen a phenomenal evolution, in the past 10 years, where officers could have saved a life/lives, if they could stay off their cell phone screens ,while on duty. I had never seen this till about 5 years agi, when a 23 y/o Trooper put the T/Americans on Utube/ social networks before checking the autos for first aid. Naturally when the incident is placed on social networks, the peers will advise the officer to always keep himself safe first. My father, and grandfather, older brothers were all cops, so I've seen public servants try to do what thus man did, and sometimes not even get close to being successful. I hope the tide changes for the best, relative to public service, but for about the last 17 years I haven't seen anything, while on patrol, so heroic as what this man did. He did what young cops will not do today. This man is a humanitarian & did more as a civilian, than a public servant would have done, God Bless him.

All glory to God. I' did something very similar. I helped an elderly couple. I ripped the door of and there were live wires everywhere. Buzzing wildly But Nothing touched me God protected them and me to help them. Paramedics wondered who ripped the mangle door open I said God did I was just pulling with all my power asking God to help me and he did. All glory to God

Precisely what I was thinking. People are getting too hung up on whether it was or wasn't a miracle. Perhaps everybody is missing the point that maybe the miracle is actually this man making a life threatening decision to help somebody at all costs. Maybe the miracle is the love in his heart in a world that can be pretty dark. To believe this must then also account for when God doesn't put somebody somewhere...like say when Russian soldiers are shelling little children and their Mothers in Ukraine. Personally I do believe in God but I don't subscribe to an intravenous God. We always seem to try and make God in our image but it never works because we essentially turn God into this moody, two-faces and erratic entity that decides at times to help and other times not to. I don't think life works that way. The tue miracle is within the brave heart of the helper but in another place and time, nobody may have been there at all. That's life.

I looked this crash up. Most articles only talked about the car people being rescued. But finally found one that did say the car hit a truck and its fuel tank burst into flames causing a huge explosion. Everyone from the crash survived.

I got shot 4 years ago. I believe God saved me. Doctor said if the bullet went lower it would hit my lungs and I would die. If it went upper it could hit my bone in my shoulder that I could get paralyzed. I got minor injury. Thanks God. Sorry for my grammar.

@Danny451 Fuentes Yeah this is very true. I think people need to reevaluate what they think God is. I prefer to look at God as a loving courageous light within us and every aspect of life. We just so happened to turn God into this "thing" or man with a beard who good people return to and bad people get damned by. It's utter nonsense. I think the Kingdom of heaven is now and within us as living blood that defies time as we know it. And so in that respect I see the miracle as the man being loving and brave to help another human being, and God in him and him recognising it. I am too grateful for the two African/American woman that pulled me out of my car, when I was in the bad car accident last week. I know they both were nurses. One introduced herself as an RN. The other one I to not remember. I to remember she was in her blue scrubs. The RN told me her name, but sadly I have forgotten it from the shock. So whoever you two ladies are, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for getting me out of my car. And for taking care of me, until the fire dept. and ambulance came. I am forever grateful for your courage for helping a stranger.
