Do you ever just cry because you remember Groundhog Day exists?? God, this song is probably an all time favorite out of all the songs I've ever listened to, amazing work. Groundhog Day overall is a new experience, not like the other musicals I've listened to, and that's not a bad thing. Loveable characters, Phil Connors being a bit too relatable at times, overall A M A Z I NG cast, and just AGH, it's so good

I saw Groundhog Day earlier this year in London, I went in blind on my only free day on a friend's recommendation. It was such an emotional rollercoaster, when this song began I started crying and I was (quietly) sobbing by the time it reached the "I've spent a lifetime seeking signs" part. This song provides such a perfect cathartic moment for Phil and for the audience, I'm glad I can listen to it again and remember those emotions I felt in the theatre. Thank you for sharing this recording with us.

I discovered the Groundhog Day musical about 4 days ago......in that 4 days I have watched this performance of this great song at least 23 times. Then booked tickets to see the show....based solely on this performance
