I'm a Knicks fan, and I can honestly say, I still miss Beasley. The man has serious skills. He's kept himself in shape over the years despite getting no love from the NBA. Even today, there are several teams that would benefit from giving him 15 minutes a game. They don't realize how unique this man is. Thanks for doing the interview. I love this guy. A true baller 😉

Not to put myself in his story but Beasley has grown so much since his time at Oakhill and was truly one of the most humble phenoms in highschool. I've always said if he actually had the right people around him (like so many of our superstars in our community) his impact would have truly changed a generation of kids from the DMV more then it already has. Proud of you my guy and you don't have a reason to be nervous because you're a stellar individual with a good heart.

Coaches be having egos since they’re only human after all. Same thing happened to me when I was 16. Coach called a play at an AAU practice, I broke the play and drove for an open layup. Coach got mad and told me to run the play. That was my last practice with that team. The purpose of running the play is to score.

Been a HUGE Beasley fan going back to 07, I’m glad he was able to get his shit off because he’s always been talented and misunderstood. Was way ahead of his time but it’s good to see he’s at peace with his career for the most part. I remember him responding back to me on twitter when he came back from china years ago (around 2015 I think) saying his goal was to come back and be an all-star so if he’s reading this comment just know you have genuine supporters and you made Maryland basketball proud
