I'm a Knicks fan, and I can honestly say, I still miss Beasley. The man has serious skills. He's kept himself in shape over the years despite getting no love from the NBA. I've always said if he actually had the right people around him (like so many of our superstars in our community) his impact would have truly changed a generation of kids from the DMV more then it already has. Coaches be having egos since they’re only human after all. Same thing happened to me when I was 16. Coach called a play at an AAU practice, I broke the play and drove for an open layup. Coach got mad and told me to run the play. That was my last practice with that team. The purpose of running the play is to score.

Been a HUGE Beasley fan going back to 07, I’m glad he was able to get his shit off because he’s always been talented and misunderstood. Was way ahead of his time but it’s good to see he’s at peace with his career for the most part.
